Christa Helma is the Broker/Owner and founder of Priority Real Estate & Development LLC. With years of experience in the real estate industry, Christa has built her business around providing knowledgeable, honest, and personalized service to buyers and sellers throughout southeastern South Dakota.
Her experience includes residential, commercial, agricultural, and rural properties, giving her a strong understanding of the unique real estate needs of small towns and surrounding communities. From first-time homebuyers and growing families to sellers, investors, and landowners, Christa takes the time to understand each client’s individual goals and guide them through every step of the transaction.
As Broker/Owner, Christa oversees the company’s agents, property listings, and continued growth while remaining actively involved with her own clients. She believes successful real estate is about more than completing a transaction—it is about earning trust, providing dependable guidance, and building relationships that last long after closing.

Tyler Massey, Broker’s Associate
Tyler is a Broker Associate with Priority Real Estate & Development LLC. With a background in construction, he brings practical knowledge and a valuable perspective to the buying and selling process. Tyler has a particular interest in residential, rural, commercial, and investment properties, and enjoys helping clients recognize the potential and opportunities a property may offer.
